Boy Scout Button Down Khaki Shirt Youth Large 14 - 16 w/ Badges & Pins Flaw

Description

Youth Boy Scout shirt.  Size large or 14-16.  Khaki coloring.  Various badges and pins still attached.  I think this was a cub scout shirt.  It's from the early '90's.  There is a couple of white paint drips on the chest right side (see photo).  If it can't be cleaned out, the badges and pins might still have some use.  Or it could be a Halloween costume and have the Weeblos tassel hide the paint splotch?
