Many of the tools in this kit have no country of origin on them but the ones that do are from Germany.  I see a contact burnisher that has the USA on it, and I see a few implements without a COO on them.  For example, the two sets of tweezers are not marked; however, they are heavy, well-made tweezers.  The functionality of the tools is an open question.
The case was made in Austria and you can see from the photos that it is in reasonable condition, considering its age. Of course, the elastic in the loops is very tired.
As I look over the tools in this kit, I am taken back to the 1960’s, when I was in the Air Force and we had our huge underground bunkers filled with racks of glowing 6AL5 diode vacuum tubes and hundreds of clattering open relays.  This is just the sort of tool kit our trouble-shooters carried and used to replace sockets and burnish the relay contacts to keep the vox and data lines operational.
