Old Defunct NJ State Civil Mobile Patrol Patch. No clue what this was for. some people told me it had to do with people with CB Radios Assisting the Police. Older cloth backing. Large 4 & 1/4 inches Tall. Patch is in new condition. See pictures for details. Ask questions if you have any.   No international shipping. I Ship to the USA only.
