Approx. 3 1/2" wide x 4 1/8" tall shield design, yellow rolled-edge border with a dark-blue twill background.  The inner design features a white spread-winged eagle with r/w/b/ shield.
In white lettering reads "Randolph Police N.J.".   Clear plastic over fine
gauze backing.  Mint condition.
