Approx. 4" wide x 4 1/4" tall shield design, blue rolled-edge border with a solid blue upper/dark-yellow twill lower background.  The inner design features a white with blue outlined lion facing left.
In dark-blue, white and yellow lettering reads "Township Of Randolph Police N.J.".
Has vintage lightly-
starched
cloth with fine gauze backing.  Light-use with marking on back, as shown.
