Effective February 26, 2013 all items which can be broken by the USPS will have insurance added to our Shipping and Handling charges (the additional charge is .95 for items under ). This is due to the numerous items arriving in a damaged condition. We strive to describe each items condition and it seems that we have to refund monies on way too many items which are being claimed damaged and not correctly described.
