This is a vintage 1980's Planters Peanut Mr. Peanut yellow Bic cigarette lighter.  The lighter is yellow with blue graphics of Mr. Peanut.  The metal top is marked "Bic".  The lighter has never been used but the flint has deteriorated and no longer sparks.  The lighter measures approximately 3" tall and 1" wide.
